Weekend Runners

Saturday sees us head to Bath and Leicester with two fillies.  First to go at Bath is 3 year old L’Age D’Or who makes her second start of the year in the 2.55 pm Novice Stakes over the minimum distance.  She will be trying the turf for the first time after a good start on the all weather, the ground may be a little on the firm side for her but we will see how she gets on.  Sylvestre de Sousa rides in the green and brown colours of Mr Cyril Humphris.  Onto Leicester for their evening meeting which sees Misty Spirit head to post in the last race on the card, the 9.10 pm 56-75 Handicap Stakes also over the minimum trip.  She won at Leicester last year, fingers crossed she will repeat the performance again tomorrow.  Good luck to Tom Marquand and Lordship Stud.

Sundays runner Always Amazing heads down to Salisbury for the 5.25 pm 66-85 Handicap Stakes over 5 furlongs.  This will be his seasonal debut and we are sure he is ready to get back out for some more racecourse action.  Luke Morris rode him to victory on his career debut last year at Wolverhampton, he is a lovely horse and we have no doubt he will put in the maximum effort.  Good luck to Mr Abdullah Al Mansoori.
