Wednesday Update…
This week has been a busy one with runners heading out racing every day including two overseas adventures….
Last Wednesday saw Blue De Vega and Aljady head to Nottingham for the Listed Rous Stakes, with both horses fresh off wins on their last starts, both horses ran well but it was Aljady that came out on top finishing in second place for Mrs Morley.
2 year old Cheveley Park filly Sealed Offer made her third start at Lingfield on Thursday. She has shown improvement for each of her runs and will be interesting to see how she fairs in handicap company next time out.
Rocket Action ran extremely well in Dundalk on Friday evening coming in a very respectable 4th place in the very competitive Al Basti Equiworld, Dubai Pat Smullen Mercury Stakes.
Saturday saw us send Isle of Lismore to Catterick, he broke well and possibly just found the ground a bit heavy on the day. Look out for more to come from this nice 2 year old.
Another lovely 2 year old Faustus has started his career well with a win at Wolverhampton on second time of asking last month followed up with second spot at Windsor on Monday night. Another exciting youngster to keep our eyes on.
Lastly Cowboy Solder went over the channel to Deauville for racing yesterday, he didn’t quite get the start out of the gates we would of wanted which seemed to unsettle him, he rallied well but ran out of steam towards the end.
