Update From Bottisham Heath Stud . . .
We were thrilled with the two runners yesterday. MR POCKET had a dream start for his new connections, winning on debut at Brighton under a fine ride from Franny Norton. He was purchased from the Tattersalls February Horses In Training sale. The Tattersalls “In Training” sales have been wonderful hunting ground for us in the past. . . ADAM TILER put in a very decent career debut, finishing third at Yarmouth. He is a scopey individual that will build on that experience for her career ahead . . .
We have three runners today. . . VIKIVAKI makes her second start in the 2.00pm at Ascot. Ground conditions will be pretty testing having rained all morning there. She will be in the Green, Purple and Orange colours of Mr T W Morley, carried by Luke Morris . . . FOREVER IN LOVE makes her debut for us today at Brighton in the 4.25pm. This race will certainly do her the world of good going forward for the season, she should handle the ground, it will be the track that will be an unknown to her. Luke Morris gets the leg up on her in the Red, White and Blue colours of Cheveley Park Stud . . . Finally PEACE DREAMER gets her season under way today too at Bath in the 6.20pm. She is coming off a long break, so this race will bring her on a bundle. The ground will be ideal and it is a fillies only event, so a good induction back to racing for her. Our Apprentice, Jonathon Fisher will be on board in the Yellow and Brown colours of Mrs J Hadida . . .
Meanwhile at home behind the scenes the hard work continues. With owners in most mornings to watch their horse/s out at exercise. We have some exciting prospect in store in all divisions throughout the yard this season and relish beating all our seasonal records . . . FINGERS CROSSED!!! . . .
