Two runners today at Wolverhampton and a newcomer to the yard…

JAMES BOND GIRL and NEW LEGEND have just left the yard on their way to Wolverhampton for this evenings meeting on the all weather track.

JAMES BOND GIRL starts the proceedings in the first race on the card, the 5.15 pm Handicap Stakes over 5 furlongs.  She won in style last time out at Southwell wearing cheekpieces for the first time and with Graham Lee onboard so we have changed nothing and we hope she can repeat the performance for Ecurie La Boetie today.

NEW LEGEND makes his career debut today in the Maiden Stakes at 7.15pm.  This horse has not shown an awful lot of promise here at home but he is fit and has been ready to run for a while it was just a case of finding the right race. He may need to go further in time but this race will be a start to gaining some much needed experience.  Graham Lee takes this ride too for Mr Sultan Ali.

Our newcomer was acquired at the Tattersalls February sales yesterday afternoon by Toby Watson of Manor Farm Stud. She was lot 344 – KIRINGA a three year old chestnut filly who was bred by Manor Farm Stud and sold as a yearling.  She will be raced now for the family and then retired for breeding.  Watch this space for more news on her.

MORE SPICE was entered into the sales yesterday but did not sell so he is back with us and he has been declared to race on Monday afternoon at Wolverhampton.
