Today’s runners…
THE WISPE is heading up to Pontefract this afternoon to run in the Handicap Stakes at 2.40pm with Graham Lee on board. This type of race is exactly her grade and we are under no illusions that she is any better than her handicap mark. She is a tough and genuine filly and its an open race so she has as good a chance as any.
DECISIVE is our other runner of the day, she is making her way down to Brighton for the 6 furlong Handicap Stakes at 6.20pm this evening Nicky Mackay takes the ride. The track is a bit of an unknown for her having not raced here before but provided she manages the rising ground she should run well. We have given her the extra furlong too so lets see if this will be more to her liking.
