Friday and Saturday…

TANAASUB makes her career debut today at Haydock Park in the Maiden Fillies Stakes over 6 furlongs.  She is a bulky, burly filly by Lope De Vega.  She has been a slow learner and will benefit hugely from this experience today. Richard Kingscote rides for Mr Abdulla Al Mansoori.

WESTBOURNE GROVE is a 2 year old making his third start after a small break.  He ran on soft ground last time out at Lingfield Park and we are trying him on the All Weather Track at Wolverhampton this evening.  He races in the Median Auction Maiden Stakes at 6.20pm with Graham Gibbons on board for Mr Quinn, Mr Benham and Mr Saunders.

COMEDY NIGHT is next on the card at Wolverhampton, the Nursery Handicap Stakes at 6.50pm.  He ran well last time out at Newmarket on unsuitable ground and won the time before at Nottingham.  This will be his first attempt on the All Weather Track also.  He is a strong and very capable individual but whether he can win off his mark will remain to be seen.  Daniel Tudhope rides for Mr Mohammed Al Shafar.

ZAIN TIME is our only runner on Saturday, she too travels to Wolverhampton for the Maiden Stakes at 6.15pm.  She is a tall, leggy filly who makes her third start having run well on her debut and then was subsequently found to be under the weather after her second start at Doncaster back in August.  We are hoping the break will have done her some good and that she is speedy enough for 5 furlongs.  Tom Eaves rides for Mr Asaad Al Banwan.
