Robert crosses the line in style at London !!
We were all super pleased for Robert as he crossed the line in fine style to complete his second London Marathon on Sunday. He ran the whole trip and completed it in a Personal Best of 4 hours, 27 minutes and 59 seconds so beating his 2014 time by 9 minutes. Back in 2014 after the event he said he would never do it again but this time round the training all went to plan, his split times were consistent and it would seem he thoroughly enjoyed it and is telling all that he speaks to that he cannot wait to do it again. He has no ill effects apart from a couple of dodgy toe nails and is eager to keep up the training to keep the 3 stone lost off. Watch this space for news of possible entries for this fine, fit and newly conditioned athlete !
