RAHMAH at Leicester and today’s runners…
RAHMAH was slightly unfortunate yesterday evening at Leicester. He was squeezed out at the start and had to play catch up. He did however run a most encouraging race finishing strongly and taking 2nd spot. We feel he is just about on the level of his handicap mark and he will be heading off to the sales early next month.
NORMAL EQUILIBRIUM and STUNNED are both relaxing in their stables before making the short trip down the road to Newmarket’s July course for the 4.20pm Handicap Stakes. STUNNED will have his first start of the year on turf, he should run a good solid race today provided he handles the undulations the course has to offer. NORMAL EQUILIBRIUM started the season well but has run a bit flat on the last couple of races, we have freshened him up and feel he should fair better today.
RAINBOW ORSE should be settling in at Nottingham, ready for action in the 4.40pm Handicap Stakes. He won on his first start out of the season up at Musselborough in May. He has been in super form here at home so lets hope he can do the same again today.
News for the weekend will follow tomorrow….
