Sadly OASIS MIRAGE is a non-runner today. She was engaged to race at Lingfield Park this afternoon in the 3.50pm, Handicap over 6f . . . She raced on Wednesday at Yarmouth, finished 3rd under a penalty and on ground that just went against her. The heavens opened just after the race before and made the ground a little testing for her liking . . . We shall give her a little while to recover and look to identify her next target within the next few weeks . . .
We were delighted with the attitudes of both of our two-year-old débutantes yesterday at Yarmouth and Sandown Park . . . Both QUITE SMART and JUST US TWO showed plenty of promise for their future racing careers . . .
