One to Wolverhampton
Just one runner today who will leave the yard at midday to travel to Wolverhampton for racing this evening. 4 year old Compton Poppy makes her third yard start in the 6.15 pm 46-65 Handicap Stakes over 6 furlongs. Her runs at Leicester on the grass and Chelmsford on the all weather have been pretty consistent and she has shown us improvement and speed here at home. We have upped her to 6 furlongs today and fitted a visor to see if these give her that extra bit of help. Good luck to George Downing who rides in the silks of his father Paul.
