Morning Work & Iffranesia . . .
We have had a very busy morning with plenty of horses now in full work and having their first breezes on the gallops here at the Stud . . . Including the two-year-old olds – We certainly have a few that are looking sharp individuals. This morning we in fact entered two of them in an early closing race at Newbury on Saturday 19th July – The Weatherbys Super Sprint – 5f . A couple of week previous we entered another filly in to an early closing sales race at Doncaster on 21st August – The DBS Premier Yearling Stakes – 6f . . . We hope to have an exciting year this season with our growing group of two-year-olds . . .

Mean while, this morning Iffranesia made her way up to Southwell for the 4.40pm, 5f Handicap . . . As her race record proves, she is in fine fettle with her self at the moment and is relishing the all weather racing, having now put together a run of 112211 . . . Fingers crossed she can make it three on the trot this afternoon for her owner Mr C Humphris . . .
