Jam Packed Weekend . . .
We have a very busy weekend ahead of us and an exciting one at that…
REEVES is up first in the 2.50pm at Musselburgh – Raul Da Silva on board in Mrs F Hay’s well known colours. He has been so consistent this season to date, we would hope he will run another solid race today.
BLUE DE VEGA takes on the fast and furious Investec DASH Handicap on Derby Day at Epsom Downs… Down hill all the way! He finished forth in it last year… Fingers crossed he can go three places closer today with Martin Dwyer in the saddle..
BRIGADIER races in the 4.15pm Novice Stakes at Doncaster with Adam Kirby partnering him. He has also been consistent this season in his three runs to date… It would be a delight to see him break his Maiden tag today for his owner and breeder, Mr Malih Al Basti . . .
GOOD ANSWER makes his stable and seasonal debut in the 7.15pm at Lingfield Park on the turf. . He is a fine looking horse, that is well related to some speedy individuals. He is ready to get 2019 up and running with Pat Cosgrave getting the leg up also for Mr Malih Al Basti .. . .
Sunday we will have three runners at Nottingham…
JOCHI KHAN in the 2.10pm. This is his racecourse debut, and is another purchase Robert sourced at the American Keeneland Yearling sales last September…
BURFORD BROWN will be next in the 4.30pm. Having won last time out, we would love to see him complete a double for his connections.
SWELL SONG will be making her seasonal and handicap debut in the 5.05pm for her owner and breeders..
