GOLDREAM does it again….
We are absolutely delighted for Mr Jeff Sargeant, Mrs Morley and Mr Tom Morley and their wonderful six year old GOLDREAM who became the 13th runner from Britain or Ireland to win the five-furlong Qatar Prix de l’Abbaye de Longchamp in fine style yesterday afternoon. This win, his second Group 1 this year after glory in the Kings Stand Stakes at Royal Ascot back in June. Robert Cowell said “Its a big achievement to win two Group 1’s in a year with a sprinter as nothing normally goes right. But well done to Martin Harley, who got the horse on the line when it needed to be”. A big pat on the back must go to all staff involved as this would not of happened without them. There was talk of sending GOLDREAM to the sales but he will now travel to Dubai for a conditions race and then the Al Quoz Sprint on World Cup night.
Three year old MASTER ZAIN makes his career debut this afternoon in the 1 mile Maiden Stakes at Pontefract. He has been ready to race for a while, he looks great and has been working well here at home. He may want further in time but he will of course benefit from this experience.
