Friday Results . . .
We had two runners today at Wolverhampton… R Woody in the 4pm, 5f Claimer. Due to delays at Southwell earlier in the afternoon, confirmed rider Martin Lane was unable to make it there in time. We had to make a Jockey change during the afternoon and therefore Shane Kelly rode for us. He ran a cracking race just beaten in the final strides to be second. We have another entry for him next week in a Classified Claimer at Southwell which we may now take a serious look at . . . Angel’s Pursuit then made his debut for us in the 4.30pm with Adam Kirby in the saddle for Malih Al Basti . . . He again ran a very solid and exciting race, travelling well through out, fighting it out in the dying strides, just beaten a head for second . . . Although we are disappointed to have not come away with two winners, we are delighted with both of their performances . . . We look forward to their next races . . .
