Chica La Habana …
Sweet 2 year old chestnut filly Chica La Habana makes her second career start this afternoon on day 2 of the Royal Meeting in the 5 furlong fillies only Queen Mary Stakes at 3.05 pm. She made a great impression on debut up at Beverley only 10 days ago where she won the Hilary Needler Trophy by three quarters of a length, after that Royal Ascot seemed the obvious progression. Jim Crowley is in the saddle for the Cool Silks Partnership who enjoyed success last year in the Norfolk Stakes with Prince of Lir.
