Arctic Lynx Strikes Gold . . .
We were all delighted to witness Arctic Lynx win yesterday evening at Wolverhampton in the 7.20pm. This five-year-old, One Cool Cat gelding only joined us mid-way through September. He had his first run for us just over a week ago, finishing third, having got trap in and push back down the field; he ran on very strongly though on that occasion. This time around, 5lb claimer, Michael J M Murphy did a very good job of keeping his position just in touch and rode him out to the line to strike gold. We are all delighted for his owners, the Heading For The Rocks Partnership . . .
Today we have Indian Tinker running at Nottingham in the 4.20pm, 5f, three-year-old handicap. The ground has turned Soft there and unfortunately we have had to make Silken Express a non-runner in that same race . . .
