A successful afternoon…
Green Door started the proceedings yesterday afternoon at Lingfield Park, getting his head back in front under a fabulous ride by Grace McEntee who kept driving him on all the way to the line. That makes it his 8th career win and just goes to prove he can keep up with the youngsters! He is a definate yard favourite and will be getting extra carrots today.
This win was swiftly followed up at Kempton Park by Lottie Marie breaking her maiden on only her third outing. She too was given an excellent ride by Luke Morris who fought to the finish. A big well done to Cheveley Park Stud and this lovely filly. In the second division of the same race Arju put on an excellent show to come in second in a big field on her debut, looks like this will of done her the world of good and we look forward to seeing this speedy youngster back out on the tracks.
