We have two nice horses in action today . . .VISIONARY in the 2.20pm at Newbury – The Carnavon Stakes, a Listed event over 6 furlongs for three-year-olds only . . . and INDEPENDENCE DAY travels north for the 3.20pm at Thirsk, 86-100 Handicap over the minimum trip . . . Both encounter Soft ground today and we wait eagerly for this afternoon to unfold . . . Fingers crossed for all connections . . .
