A busy weekend…

Two race meetings are on the agenda tomorrow afternoon as the season gets underway.

First off and heading North to Doncaster early tomorrow are Blue De Vega and Visionary who go off together in the Listed 6 furlong Cammidge Trophy Stakes at 1.50 pm.  Visionary has been gelded and has enjoyed the winter off so is certainly ready for race course action again, he enjoyed victory in May at Newbury when he won the Listed Carnarvon Stakes on similar ground. Good Luck to Luke Morris who gets the leg up for Mr Khalifa Dasmal.  Blue De Vega  has been out on the tracks over the winter months and came close at Kempton in October, he has been working very well here at home and we look forward to seeing him return to the turf, he is an incredibly speedy individual and we are sure he will put in maximum effort.  Oisin Murphy rides in the claret silks of Qatar Racing.

Onto Lingfield Park where we have Expediate who goes to post at 2pm for the 46-65 6 furlong Handicap Stakes, he is a muchly improved individual and we have added cheekpieces for the first time.  Our stable jockey Eoin Walsh is onboard for Mrs Swinburn, Mr Read, Mr Gough and Mr Henry.  Last runner of the afternoon is Encor D’Or who goes at 3.45pm in the 86-105 5 furlong Handicap, hot off of his last run and victory at Lingfield at the beginning of the month.  Fingers crossed he will make it two wins on the bounce.  Our other stable jockey Jonny Fisher claiming 7lb is in the saddle for Mrs Morley, Mr Johnson and Newsells Park Stud.
