Robert Cowell Racing News

A busy Saturday…

Making their way to Ayr on Friday, we will have three lovely fillies nicely settled before heading down to post together in the 4.25pm Listed EBF Land O’Burns Fillies stakes over the minimum distance.  Its a competitive race but we are sure all should fair well.  Blame Roberta partnered with Cam Hardie runs for Mr Khalifa Dasmal. Ocelot and Shane Gray run in the colours of Manor Farm Stud and One Last Night and Graham Lee race together for T Stewart, N De Chambure Riviera and Broadhurst.

Then final day at Royal Ascot where Raucous goes to post at 5pm in the 6 furlong Wokingham Stakes.  Good luck to Tom Morley and apprentice Cieren Fallon who gets the ride on the big stage. Be great to get another win in this race, we claimed victory back in 2016 with Outback Traveller for Lordship Stud.

Next just a short journey away to the July racecourse at Newmarket runs Don Armado, making his yard debut in the 5.15 pm 66-85 Handicap over 6 furlongs.  Keiran Shoemark rides in the colours of Tom Morley.

Lastly to Haydock Park where Peace Dreamer and Sean Davis take on the competition in the 7 pm Fillies Handicap Stakes over 5 furlongs.  The ground may not be quite to her liking but we have no doubt she will still put in the maximum effort.  Good luck to the Hadida family.
