Super Saturday . . .
We have confirmation of our runners in Dubai this weekend, on ‘Super Saturday’ . . .
Monsieur Joe and Spirit Quartz will both be making their long awaited appearance at the Dubai Carnival on Saturday, 9th March. Both horses have been in preparation for this race since arriving in the UAE at the beginning of January. They will line up on Saturday in the 5.40pm (1.40pm UK time), Listed 5f event, The Meydan Sprint. This is a trail race for Dubai World Cup night on Saturday 30th March . . . Spirit Quartz will have retained Jockey, Jamie Spencer on board for Qatar Racing in the Claret and Gold colours. Monsieur Joe will have William Buick back on baord, following a successful Carnival together last season. He will be in the Green and Black colours of Mrs H Checkley . . . They are drawn next to each other in stall 3 and 4 . . .
