Saturday to York and Haydock
Saturday morning see’s four horses leaving the yard and heading Northbound to York and Haydock. First to York where Evergate, Goldream and Jumira Bridge line up together in the 3.40 pm 0-105 Handicap Stakes over the minimum distance. All horses have shown decent efforts in their seasonal debuts, its a big competitive field so it will be good to see them all back out in the thick of things and getting involved in the action. Good luck to Lewis Edmunds onboard Evergate for the Ever Hopefuls, Eoin Walsh onboard Goldream for Mr Sargeant and Mrs Morley and to Kevin Stott who rides Jumira Bridge for Mrs Morley.
Onto Haydock Park where Encor D’Or lines up for the Group 2 Temple Stakes at 4pm, this is another exciting race that we won back in 2013 with Kingsgate Native and it would be a great race to win again. Fiingers crossed for Tom Marquand who gets the leg up for Mrs Morley, Mr Johnson and Newsells Park Stud.
