Saturday to Catterick
Three runners off to Catterick tomorrow ready for an afternoon of racing. First to go is 2 year old Emphatic who showed big improvement last time finishing 3rd over track and trip, fingers crossed he puts in a good show again and can make further advances. He is off at 1.50 pm in The Median Auction Stakes over 6 furlongs. Luke Morris gets the leg up for Cheveley Park Stud. Onto the 3.30 pm frenetic Dash Handicap where stable mates Green Door and Storm Over line up together. Green Door showed good action and speed in a tough sprint up at Leicester on Tuesday, lets hope this race does not come too soon. Ridden again by our apprentice Eoin Walsh who gave him a great ride on Tuesday for new owner Mrs Aoife Henry. Storm Over is lightly raced and enjoyed victory on his first two starts he is certainly ready for racecourse action again and we look forward to seeing him run in what will be a highly competitive but exciting race. Luke Morris rides in the yellow and black colours of Mr Abdulla Al Mansoori.
