Roberts longest training run to date and he smashes his personal best !
Last weekend Robert ran the furthest so far to clock up an impressive 22.5 miles ! Here he is after getting a well deserved hug from his daughter Kara – swiftly followed by a well deserved cold beer I am sure !
Following on from this distance run he knocked 5 minutes off his personal best over the shorter distance of 10 km this week. He is also well over his donation target as support for him is coming in so a big thank you to every one that has donated so far and just to say there is still plenty of time left to donate to help support the great work done by the RFU Injured Players Foundation
