DESERT SPORT to Newcastle…
One runner today is 2 year old colt DESERT SPORT who goes in the 2.10pm Maiden Stakes. He did really well last time out on the same course but could not quite get himself to the front when it mattered. We have dropped him down to 5 furlongs this afternoon and we feel he stands a very good shout. So everything is crossed. Joe Fanning gets the leg up for Mr Mohammed Al Shafar.
