Heiba Wins At Newcastle
We are all so thrilled to see HEIBA win nicely under Graham Gibbons last night at Newcastle. It is a long way to have travelled but it was well worth it to see him break him Maiden nicely over the minimum trip . . . He is a horse we hope can progress as he is finding his feet in the sprinting division. He has already returned to us this morning safe and sound, now enjoying a morning or two out in the paddocks to unwind and relax . . . He should see him out again in a few weeks, before having a well earned winters holiday . . .
Our cheers turned very quickly last night in to huge sadness at the news of Freddy Tylicki’s condition in hospital following a horrific fall at Kempton Park on Monday afternoon . . . He is a talented Jockey, whom we love to book and we have used plenty of times – We wish Freddy and his family lots of strength, and support at this very difficult time. We are lucky to be involved in a fantastic Racing community, that we know will get behind him in any way possible . . .
Turning our attention back to news from our yard . . . We send out three runners today . . . JUMEIRAH STAR and CEE JAY both travel the short distance to Chelmsford City for the 4.35pm and 6.45pm respectively . . . We have sent SOMEHWHERE SECRET up to Doncaster for the 12.40pm, 6 furlong Maiden Stakes . . . We have our fingers firmly crossed all can go close today . . .
