Weekend Racing . . .
We will now just have the one runner today . . . SECRETINTHEPARK will make the short trip to Chelmsford City for this evenings meeting. He races in the 6.45pm, over the minimum trip. He has been in super form of late and has been behaving perfectly, with the aid of Gary Witheford and his team loading him in the stalls. All being well, if he can break away from the gates smartly again tonight he should run a solid race. He will however have far more competition for the lead on this well known, front runners track . . . .
Sadly we have had to make NORMAL EQUILIBRIUM a non-runner this morning from this same race. It is a real shame as having won earlier in the year at this track, this was the ideal race for him to return having had a bit of a break. Fingers crossed it is nothing that will hold him up too much longer and there are plenty of opportunities for him coming up in October . . .
We have also had to make GREEN DOOR a non-runner at Musselburgh on Sunday. He will also have further options to him, all being well in the next few weeks. Following his emphatic victory earlier this week, we look forward to his next opportunity in due course . . .
