Update on the yard and the year so far..
All our horses have two more days of antibiotics left to go. It will be very interesting to see next week how the horses behave as most are very subdued at the moment. The horses are still having slow exercise every day and if we see a spark or two next week that will give us a good excuse to up the tempo and increase their workload.
We are approximately half way through the season and what a year it has been for us with 14 wins to report so far. NORMAL EQUILIBRIUM started our campaign back in April, he was our first horse in the winners enclosure after a great race on the all weather track at Chelmsford. Other highlights include GOLDREAM winning the Palace House Stakes on home turf here at Newmarket and the prestigious Kings Stand Stakes at Royal Ascot last month. Our 10 year old warrior KINGSGATE NATIVE winning well in a listed race at Haydock Park at the end of May. We also were very happy with our French mare IFFRANESIA who came 2nd in the Prix Hampton listed race in Chantilly increasing her potential value as a brood mare for the future.
Lets see what the second half of the year has to offer…….
