Fall out from the weekend…
INTRINSIC is back safe and sound from his trip to Royal Ascot on Saturday. His jockey felt him take a few uncomfortable steps and quite rightly eased him up. We are pleased to report that he seems to be fine now and all being well may run again at the weekend.
IFFRANESIA sadly found the ground to fast this time out at Ayr. She ran well and there are plenty of opportunities ahead for this improving mare.
JUST US TWO was very wound up and unsettled at Newmarket. He pulled hard in the race and just found the whole occasion got to him.
USE YOUR FILBERT probably would have won had he not missed the break. He came 2nd beaten in the neck. He remains nicely handicapped.
THE WISPE had to contend with a very large downpour of rain which put paid to her chances at Redcar. She is most definately a fast ground filly who could not handle the conditions.
SAMSAMSAM. This little chap was slow away but made up ground hand over fist to grab 3rd place over the final furlong. We will step him up to 6 furlongs next time out to give him a good opportunity to break his maiden.
MOST TEMPTING is our only runner out today, she runs in the 2.45 Handicap Stakes at Wolverhampton. She won her last race at Lingfield with the addition of a visor. Lets hope the headgear does the trick again.
