Racing News . . .

We have two runner today . . . THE WISPE makes her second racecourse appearance at Sandown Park in the 2.00pm, 5f Maiden Stakes.  She will have Jamie Spencer on board for Manor Farm Stud & Miss S Hoare.  Having run an eye catching race at Bath last month from what was a bad drawn that day;  she will have learnt a stack from that initial experience, the track and stall position will be far kinder to her today.  We hope to see her run another encouraging race for her owners and breeders . . .

We then have our own home bred filly in action once again . . . ONE MOMENT takes to the stage in the 5.30pm, 5f Nursery  Handicap on the all weather surface at Lingfield Park  . . . Her form is working out nicely, despite a poor showing at Sailsbury last time out.  It was purely down to the too firm conditions for her that day and we feel she will be more comfortable on the sounder all weather track.  She will also have Jamie Spencer in the saddle in our Maroon and Grey quartered colours . . .

Friday should see us have three runners . . . ZAIN EAGLE will be back on the track following his fantastic effort in the John Smith Cup two weeks ago at York.  He got the run of the race that day which suited him down to the ground, stringing the field out and holding on for a very gallant second position.  He will race tomorrow at Ascot in the 4.30pm, class 2, 1m2f Handicap stakes.  He will have Richard Hughes on board for Mr Asaad Al Banwan . . .

IFFRANESIA will then race in the next race on the card at Ascot, the 5.00pm, 5f Handicap Stakes.  Having won on her last start at Nottingham in a fillies only contest, she is good form with herself currently.  She will have Adam Beschizza back on board for Mr C Humphris . . .

VIED will stay far closer to home on Friday evening, making the very short trip up to our July racecourse in  Newmarket for the 8.45pm, three-year-olds only 1 mile Handicap.  This will be her second start this season in handicaps, she is learning all the time and hopfully she will relish the conditions tomorrow with Adam Beschizza in the saddle for Mr and Mrs Nadeem Khan . . .

GOLDREAM will head back up to York on Saturday for the 3.30pm, class 2, 6f Handicap;  The Skybet Dash . . . He has been in super form this season and we very much looking forward to seeing him back in action . . . He will have Sean Levey taking the reins on this occasion in the White and Blue striped colours of Mr J Sargeant & Mrs J Morley . . .

Fingers crossed for a successful few days . . .
