We did have five declared to run today, however unfortunately two have had to be made non-runners . . .
We therefore have two in the 2.00pm, Handicap sprint at Sandown Park – NORMAL EQUILIBRIUM and GOLDREAM . . . Both typically have pretty moderate draws today but both are raring to go and provided they can get a good position out of the stalls we hope they will give a good account of themselves today. GOLDREAM has Andrea Atzeni back in the saddle and NORMAL EQUILIBRIUM is partnered with 7lb claimer, Marc Monaghan. Both horses will sport a set of cheek pieces . . .
IFFRANESIA then heads up to Doncaster for the 5.35pm, Fillies Handicap over the minimum trip . . . She is very well at home following a mini break after her last run on turf. She is dropped back in trip today which will suit, however we are slightly conscious of the ground as she has never raced on anything faster than Good and she loves the all weather surfaces . . . Adam Beschizza takes the ride today in the Brown and Green colours of Mr Cyril Humphris. We have removed the normal cheek pieces and added a Hood today . . .
