Intrinsic Strikes Again . . .
We are thrilled to see to see INTRINSIC back up his win on his début for us at Ascot two weeks ago with a determined victory in the 6f, class 2 at Goodwood yesterday . . . Once again the ground went Soft, but he is proving he handles that kind of going. He had to dig in really deep to grab first place on the line on this occasion. The race started a quite sedate pace for a sprint, the eventual second placed runner decided to snatch an easy and early lead from the rest of the group. When the race warmed up INTRINSIC had to put in some extra effort to catch the leader, race on and show his immense determination to win. His connection were there to greet him in to the winners circle and we all now hope he has done enough to secure a place in the line up for The Wokingham at Royal Ascot on Saturday, 21st May, to battle for the £175,000 prize fund on offer . . . He is a beautiful looking horse, who seems to be on an upward curve . . .
