Speed Hawk Strikes Gold . . .
We were delighted to witness Speed Hawk take control of the 4.15pm at Wolverhampton yesterday afternoon and strike gold for his owner, Mr Khalifa Dasmal . . . He promised on debut, flying home in the final furlong having been green out of the starting gates. He did not disappoint yesterday, even thorough while in front the whole race in the final furlong he did show signs of still being a little babyish. He will now have a good winter holiday here on the stud to mature and prepare for his potentially exciting 2014 season . . .
