Runners This Weekend . . .
Horses will certainly need to like fast ground for the next 7 days or so . . . The Weather is pretty hot here in Newmarket, with a very dry forecast . . . .
Luckily we have several running who do not mind what ground they are running on . . .
Today we have Four Winds up at Beverley for the 6.30pm, Selling Stakes over 7.5f. He has Tom Eaves on board in the colours of Mr T W Morley. We also have Cats Eyes running at Doncaster in the 5.15pm, Fillies handicap sprint. She has her usual pilot on board, Shane Kelly for Manor Farm Stud . . .
Saturday we will see Kingsgate Native and Spirit Quartz back in action. They will go head to head once again in the Group 3, 5f, Coral Charge, 2.05pm at Sandown Park. Both have their regular Jockeys in the saddle. Kingsgate Native has Shane Kelly in the Red, White and Blue colours of Cheveley Park stud and Sprirt Quartz has Jamie Spencer in the Claret and Gold colours of Qatar Racing Limited.
All being well, Normal Equilibrium will leave on Sunday to travel up to Ayr for the 5.00pm on Monday . . . More News to follow on that next week . . .
